It's been a strange old time for the hospitality industry but, as we start to emerge from lockdown, we wanted to make you a promise for the future.

We have produced our Customer Manifesto that sets out ten actions we have taken to give you the confidence to hold events in our venues.

To deliver the same fantastic customer service we always have, whilst protecting the safety of all our guests.

This isn't just a response to Covid-19. This is how we promise to do business in the future.

Our industry is all about service. As we all adapt to a new 'normal', our insistence on quality and outstanding customer care will never change.
