imago, the hospitality and conferencing brand of Loughborough University, is celebrating reaching 80% positive feedback on TripAdvisor for its four star hotel and conference centre Burleigh Court and a BDRC VenueVerdict Gold standard accreditation at its exhibition and meetings venue, Holywell Park.

The prestigious VenueVerdict accreditation recognises the consistent delivery of high quality service. This is the third time that Holywell Park has received this respected stamp of customer approval. Burleigh Court is the only four star hotel in Loughborough and as such, prides itself on the excellent customer service reflected by the glowing comments on TripAdvisor.

Kay England, Chief Executive of imago, said: “This is the third time and second quarter in a row that Holywell Park has received the gold standard VenueVerdict accreditation. This is hugely important to us as it is based on customer approval, much like the TripAdvisor feedback for Burleigh Court.

Our target will always be to achieve over 90% satisfaction on TripAdvisor and we have recently registered with BDRC GuestRate to give customers another way of providing feedback on Burleigh Court and our budget hotel The Link. This will help us to consistently improve and strengthen the service we offer.”
