Customer feedback earns imago a TripAdvisor Award for Excellence


imago, has been honoured with a Certificate for Excellence Award after two of its venues received consistently high levels of first class feedback.

The accolade, which recognises high standards of customer service and satisfaction, was awarded to Burleigh Court, imago's four star hotel and conference centre, as well as its luxury, three star hotel, The Link. The award is only granted to the top ten per cent of over two million international businesses listed on TripAdvisor.

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence Award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. The company must have been listed on the site for at least a year with the volume of reviews received also taken into consideration.
