In addition to being just one of three four star hotels in the region with a Silver rating from VisitBritain, which is granted for exceptional hospitality, Burleigh Court has been awarded ‘Level 3’ from the National Accessible Scheme. This is the highest level possible for a building that hasn’t been purpose built as an accessible venue. The scheme is a nationally recognised rating’s system designed to ensure venues meet the requirements of people with physical and sensory needs.

In addition to the Silver rating, Burleigh Court has been recognised with a ‘Breakfast Award’ from VisitBritain. This standard recognises venues which offer guests a high quality and wide choice of breakfast options, supported by service and hospitality that exceeds the four star rating requirement.

These accolades are backed by month-on-month improvements in customer feedback scores collated via BDRC’s VenueVerdict and GuestRate program.

TripAdvisor has also honoured Burleigh Court with a ‘Certificate of Excellence Award 2012’, which recognises the overall high quality of service and hospitality the hotel’s staff provide.

Natasha Hughes, Customer Relations Manager at Burleigh Court, said: “The whole imago team is immensely proud of Burleigh Court’s achievements, which couldn’t have happened without the support and enthusiasm of staff throughout the venue.

“Accessibility is just as important as customer service to us, so we’re proud to have gained accreditation standard awarded by the National Accessible Scheme. We have 13 dedicated accessible rooms and the team are able to tailor our service as needed – recognition of the added value we can provide to customers.”

Lara Bloom, Conference Director for Ehlers-Danlos Support UK, added: “We recently held our residential conference at Burleigh Court and were absolutely delighted by the facilities, accommodation but most of all the incredible, attentive and professional service.  Everyone went out of their way to ensure that all delegates were well looked after.  I would highly recommend holding a conference here, especially if any guests need accessible facilities and accommodation.”

Burleigh Court is located near to both junction 23 of the M1 and on Loughborough University campus. It has 26 air-conditioned meeting rooms and a total of 225 en-suite bedrooms, with a range of facilities to suit all needs. Other on site features include a well-equipped gym complete with swimming pool, sauna and a spa offering a range of relaxing treatments.
