Burleigh Court, part of the imago conference and hotel brand at Loughborough University, is a 4 star residential conference centre with 225 en-suite bedrooms.
37.5 hours a week, 5 over 7, early, late and weekend shifts
The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, show a great attention to detail, communicate at all levels and be a team player. A flexible, reliable and committed approach to work is essential, as is previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
Setting up for and clearing down after service
Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
Providing second to none customer service
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant all times
