Burleigh Court is a 225 bedroom 4 star conference centre with an annual turnover of £6 million. We are a people driven organisation and are passionate about providing an outstanding hospitality experience for all of our customers.

Following an £8.5 million expansion programme the business is moving through a significant and exciting phase and we are looking to strengthen our market position, improve our focused management and performance culture and deliver long term growth in our front of house operation.

The role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the reception, housekeeping and conference departments. You will be expected to work closely with our sales and finance functions to ensure that revenue and profit are maximised and budgets met. You will also liaise with our Customer Relations Manager to ensure that service excellence is delivered to our guests.

The candidate:

We are looking for a commercially aware, customer focused team leader, with a hospitality qualification and at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential and an excellent understanding of hospitality property management systems (ideally Kinetics) is also necessary.

The package:
