Casual Relief Chef

This position requires an individual who can both assist the head chef and has the ability to run the kitchen by themselves in his absence.

This would ideally suit a chef de partie looking to gain experience in running a kitchen. Hours are flexible to suit the business requirements.

Qualifications required: NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
Basic food & hygiene
