Hopi Ear Candle Treatments (Thermal Auricular Therapy) 45mins £26.00

Centuries old, candling continues to be used as a soothing and relaxing treatment for the ears. Ear candling can help with the relief in symptoms of hayfever, sinusitis, migraines, glue ear, snoring, compacted ear wax, tinnitus and much more.

It is recommended that three sessions constitute an initial course of treatments, especially if the condition has existed for a long period. The candles treat both the condition and are also preventative. The ingredients should strengthen the body's immune system which will help the body's defences to act against incoming harmful viruses and allergens.

Reflexology 60mins £45.00

Reflexology is a therapy that uses the feet as a map of the whole body. It can help relieve symptoms of many ailments by massaging and applying pressure to different parts of the feet. The whole body can be brought back into balance, whilst the treatment encourages relaxation and stimulation for the client.

Hot Stone Massage 70mins £50.00

An exciting and unique treatment designed to uplift and relax the body at the deepest level. Hot basalt stones are used to massage the body, using techniques which will give the ultimate in relaxation with profound effects on the mental, physical and spiritual levels of the body.

Aromatherapy 70mins £50.00

Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment involving the use of essential oils and massage. It can improve both physical and emotional well being, whilst reducing stress by stimulating the body to heal itself. A consultation precedes each treatment to establish a blend of oils that is tailored to suit your needs. A patch test is recommended 24 hours before your 1st treatment.

Indian Head Massage 30mins £28.00

A traditional treatment which can be performed through the clothes, to balance the body, bring relief from stress and soothe away tension, assisting body alignment and freedom of movement.
