Professional instructors

Mature professional instructors will be there to assist you if required for continual fitness assessments, gym programmes and advice. They will listen to you, discuss your personal targets and set achievable goals that will see you taking steps towards a healthier, fitter and relaxed lifestyle.

Leisure club opening times

• Bank Holidays 9.00am - 7.00pm
• Monday to Friday 7.00am - 9.00pm
• Saturday 7.00am - 8.00pm
• Sunday 7.00am - 6.00pm

Children staying in the hotel can use the pool at the following times:

• Mon to Fri 9.00am – 12.00pm & 2.00pm – 5.30pm
• Saturday 9.00am – 12.00pm & 2.00pm – 6.30pm
• Sunday 9.00am – 12.00pm & 2.00pm – 6.00pm

Please note that all children under 16 years of age must be supervised by an appropriate adult (maximum 2 children per adult) and are not allowed in the sauna or steam room.
