imago at Holywell Park is Loughborough University's award winning conference and exhibition centre.

imago at Holywell Park Conference Centre is located within the Sir Denis Rooke building. The building is recognisable by the bridge leading to its entrance.

Car parking

There is ample secure on-site car parking. Accessible car parking spaces are adjacent to the Sir Denis Rooke Building.

Opening Times

Access to the Holywell Park Conference Centre is available from 8.00am. If an earlier access time is required please contact the imago Sales Office to arrange. T: 08450 364624.

Restaurant

Lunch: An extensive 2-course buffet lunch is served daily from 12.30pm - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. (NB: bookings must be taken in advance)

Free flowing drinks, home-made patisseries and fruit are available throughout the day (8-hour and 24-hour delegate rates only).

We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements. Vegetarian dishes are freely available but we would appreciate advance notice of any other diets.

Accessibility

Holywell Park has been designed to easily cater for accessibility requirements. Please view our access statement for further information.

WIFI Internet Access

Free broadband is available in all training rooms and breakout areas. To access the network please ask reception for a username and access code

Audio Visual Equipment (AV)

The following AV Equipment is provided within the full delegate package at Holywell Park; data projector, video, DVD player and broadband PA system in larger meeting rooms with lapel and handheld microphone.

Guests staying overnight at Burleigh Court
