Accessibility of imago facilities
imago prides itself on the level of accessibility it can provide. The organisation constantly reviews accessibility provision and is committed to investment in updated services and facilities.
A recent winner of the Mobility 3 accreditation, imago employs a robust policy of inclusion designed to encompass the needs of all groups and all individuals. In addition, all staff are trained in Welcome Host and Welcome All directives and receive specialist training, during their induction process, to ensure they appreciate the importance of customer care and ensure consistency in delivery. A good understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act and the National Accessible Scheme is also widely accepted. Assistance dogs are very welcome to all three imago venues.
