Imago has a fantastic choice of first-class residential venues. Burleigh Court is one of the Midland’s largest four star accredited residential conference centre and hotels, combining outstanding meeting facilities for up to 200 delegates with 225 modern ensuite bedrooms.
The three star Link Hotel offers six highly versatile rooms and can cater for up to 200 people, allowing you to put on a first-class conference at an affordable price. In addition, there are 94 stylish bedrooms for delegates to relax in after a hard day’s work.
During the Easter and Summer periods, Loughborough campus offers more than 180 state-of-the-art exhibition, meeting and conference facilities for up to 2,000 delegates across a 410 acre site. With 2,500 good quality bedrooms available during the summer vacation, you can be sure that there is room for everyone.
We provide a number of large spaces that are ideal for product and vehicle launches, exhibitions, networking events and forums. Holywell Park offers 300 square meters of exhibition space and can accommodate up to 450 people. There are also four large exhibition areas available on campus. With 2,490 square metres of exhibition space available, imago has the capacity to hold large-scale events accommodating up to 2,000 visitors.
There are 80 tiered lecture theatres available at Loughborough University with the largest room seating up to 398 people making it ideal for large conferences over the Easter and Summer vacation periods. The Sir David Wallace Sports Hall can be transformed to accommodate up to 1,800 delegates theatre style using a mixture of tiered and flat floor seating.
The Stephenson lecture theatre at Holywell Park is available all year round and seats up to 200 delegates. This versatile room is available all year round and has retractable seating and a ceiling-mounted data projector. All our tiered lecture theatres come fully equipped with hi-specification AV and sound equipment.
