imago at Loughborough is the UK's largest and most extensive single conference site. The 410 acre site features outstanding exhibition, meeting and conference facilities for up to 2000 delegates, restaurants, cafes, bars, entertainment venues and superb sport and leisure facilities.

Theatre and conference facilities

We have modern, well equipped lecture theatres seating up to 400 (tiered) and 2000 (level), 80 high specification conference rooms and versatile 1200m2 exhibition space. Over 2,500 bedrooms are available during the Easter and Summer vacation, all furnished to a high standard with 60% offering ensuite facilities.

Exceptional sports facilities

The University's exceptional sports facilities are also available including an Olympic swimming pool, indoor tennis, badminton and netball centres, multi sports halls, leisure centre, sports pitches and both an indoor and outdoor athletic stadium.

The perfect meeting environment

Whether you're organising an intensive training day or a prestigious conference for 2,000, we can provide the perfect meeting environment. Many of our larger facilities are located on the ground floor for easy access. Telephone points, high speed internet access and videoconferencing are available at competitive rates.

Conference season

Loughborough conference season runs for 4 weeks in March/April and 12 weeks from the end of June to September. A number of quality meeting facilities are available all year round, including exclusive-use boardroom facilities for high-level meetings and private dining.
